I've been in the BPO industry for almost 13 years doing inbound calls as a CSR and TSR. I am well-trained in handling problematic customers and giving them the best solution for their account problems. I also worked as a s content moderator handling a big social media platform wherein I had to ensure that this platform remains safe for every user from kids to adults.
My recent job was as a Quality Analyst for a Lead Generation account, this time I had to make sure that all the leads submitted to the clients were within their specifications. It has to be accurate, and convertible to sales.
