I've been a customer service rep for 6 years now. I've
telco acct for MetroPCS, T-Mobile and AT&T.
financial acct for Citibank's fraud early warning.
Technical for Microsoft up and running. collections for chase and
chat support for Xbox consoles as well.
But I believe that what ever account I am handling,
whether its tech or telco or financial.
customer service skill is needed to handle a customer
and a call.
