Hi. My name is Noor Shafiq. I am a very caring and empathetic person.I have reached almost 5 years of experience in the BPO and Tech industry, mostly with customer service.

I know how to handle different kinds of customers in a professional manner but with a friendly approach. I am a kind of person who is very passionate and motivated in what I do and always get the job done correctly and efficiently.

I am working with Abtach for more then 5months and I have worked with Walmart(Ibex) for 3months & Salsoft technologies for 1 year in Karachi

and In The Lead Forum for 3 years, so I have good knowledge of how to assist people in regards to their finance, Account management, Sales ,Retention, Resolution.

I have completed a bachelor's degree at the Khadim Ali Shah Bukhari Institute of Technology in Karachi.

In the future, I would like to pursue my career in marketing to contribute to innovative strategies associated with the different industry. To accelerate my experience, I am currently looking for new job opportunities.
