Having worked for the biggest advertising agency in the country in client services for over a decade, I have a keen eye for detail. I can anticipate and meet clients' needs and nurture great customer relationships.

I rose from Assistant Account Executive to Client Services Director, responsible for and managing some of the Agency's biggest clients, always going above and beyond for them, as demonstrated by the various Extra Mile awards I would receive annually from the Agency. My copywriting skills were also honed, thanks to working with the creative teams and coupled with my love for writing, my skill grew, and this saw me copywriting for some of the clients. I managed national events and promotions for my clients, asserting my project management experience and earning a reputation as one of the best and sought-after client services persons in the advertising circles. Managing these high-profile and national events also shows my budgeting skills, as there was a need to set and follow budgets across all areas.

In my current role as Marketing Specialist, I am responsible for maintaining brand reputation, all communication, sourcing sponsorship by dealing with corporate clients and alumnae, updating and creating content for all digital platforms, photography, basic design (through Canva and other applications), video creation and the overall marketing strategy in line with the School's strategic plan. This has made me a well-rounded Marketer, having experience both from the creative side and the brand-building and sustenance side.

I am currently immersing myself in a paid advertising course to increase my depth of knowledge in the field as it relates to digital marketing. I have never been one to back down from a challenge and always see projects through. Resilience is one of the traits I am proud to possess, having gone through various setbacks in my personal life as well.

I am an excellent listener who is empathetic, assertive, and a problem solver. I pride myself on solving clients' pain points and making them sleep better at night. I work well without supervision and thrive collaborating or leading in a team. New challenges thrill me, and I cannot wait to begin my journey in remote work.
