Noel Alvarez

I am a Filipino freelance web developer specializing in PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, WordPress and Javascript, among others. I take pride in my talents in developing web applications, as well as constructing Web sites.

I graduated BS Nursing from the Cebu Normal University, but as everyone else during that period, nursing was not my first love. I have always been drawn to web development and the like. In grade school and high school, I participated in several competitions in web design and development, and I am proud to say to have bagged several awards. Hence I took up IT (Information Technology) in Cebu Institute of Technology University.
