I am a dedicated IT support specialist, DevOps enthusiast, and virtual assistant with a strong background in sales, customer service, and administrative support. With hands-on experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and system administration, I bring a problem-solving mindset to every project I take on.

My journey began with a biochemistry background, but my passion for technology and efficiency led me to upskill in IT support, DevOps, and remote administrative roles. I have successfully deployed virtual machines on AWS, Azure, and GCP, managed Linux environments, and provisioned NGINX web servers—showcasing my ability to work with cloud infrastructure.

Beyond technical expertise, I have a proven track record in lead generation, CRM management, sales, appointment setting, calendar management, and social media management. I am currently undergoing a DevOps internship with HNG, where I am sharpening my skills in cloud automation, monitoring systems, and infrastructure as code (IaC). Additionally, I actively document my learning journey on GitHub, Notion, and LinkedIn to showcase my growth and expertise.
