Over the years, I have worked on diverse and complex infrastructure projects, where I have managed project budgets, monitored cost performance, prepared variance and cash flow reports, and ensured all financial and contractual documentation is delivered with precision. I am particularly skilled in identifying cost risks, Earned Value Management, analyzing deviations, and providing actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions.

Along with strong analytical capabilities, I am proficient in leading project control activities, managing change orders, preparing pay requests, coordinating with stakeholders, and resolving issues proactively. I have worked closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, contracts, and finance, which has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly and ensure smooth project workflows.

I am experienced with industry-leading tools such as Ecosys, SAP, Primavera, Ms Project, Ms Office suite, Auto Cad, and Smartsheet's. I also have hands-on expertise using Kahua for contracts, change orders, and interface management, as well as Procore for managing RFIs and project documentation. My technical proficiency allows me to integrate quickly with client systems and deliver accurate, timely project support.
