Expertise in business development in education sector handling the position of Relationship Manager. I was working on the goal to make the concept selling of our brain development and skill identification product a success in the education market of Punjab and become a household name. The major responsibilities involved cold calling, meeting the prospects, parents and schools at the varied location. The work responsibilities involved enrolling more students at the center and signing the contracts with the primary schools and running the admission center profitably. I also learnt that by writing down and prioritizing each step I needed to take, I was able to better visualize the journey, which helped me manage my time and job responsibilities more effectively. As a result, I was able to complete my goal, while refining my time management skills in the process. I have learned that long-term goals are best achieved when I break them into shorter goals. I have been the part of the company from past three years and have been doing well; the quarterly targets have always been achieved in the assigned territory and area. I set realistic milestones and acted consistently every day. I set a personal goal to not only accomplish my set objectives, but also to develop proficiency in a new tool or technology.
