As a nurse, I was able to work with diagnostic clinics. Aside from handling patients I also do paper works like data entry, research and emails to the doctors. I also have extensive work expereince with call centers. I worked with AT&T, Dish network and some with business accounts. Aside from customer service both inbound and outbound calls, I also did lead minig/researching, data entry, email support. I can say that through my experience i gained self-confidence to work with less-supervision, but with high attention to details and most important is work ethics. I also make sure to do my work on time but most of the time I try to finish it earlier. You can expect me to do good on whatever job I am assigned to. I also love to learn new things because it widens my knowledge and gives my work excitement.
