I’m a results-driven professional with experience across sales, account management, and business operations, supporting companies in both client-facing and internal roles. My background includes outbound sales and lead generation, inside account management, client onboarding, and day-to-day operational support across teams.
In previous roles, I’ve owned portfolios of client accounts from onboarding through ongoing relationship management, managed CRM systems and company databases, executed email-based outreach campaigns, conducted demo calls and client presentations, and consistently worked toward monthly sales and revenue targets. I’m comfortable working with tools such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, and modern digital platforms to keep pipelines organized and communication clear.
Beyond sales, I’ve worked as a Business Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple departments. This included HR-related processes, calendar and travel management, vendor sourcing and negotiation, internal coordination, and acting as a primary point of contact for clients to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support throughout the full service lifecycle. I’m used to wearing multiple hats and keeping things moving in fast-paced, remote-friendly environments.
I also bring hands-on experience with content creation and AI-assisted workflows. I’ve used AI tools to enhance visual content, create digital products, and support marketing and sales initiatives. I’m comfortable using tools like Canva and AI platforms to create practical, business-ready assets.
What I offer companies is reliability, structure, and execution. I can support sales teams with lead generation, CRM management, outreach, and client communication; assist founders or managers with operations, coordination, and vendor management; and contribute to content or AI-assisted tasks where efficiency and clarity matter.
I work well independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of my responsibilities. I’m especially well-suited for remote roles where trust, organization, and follow-through are essential.
