Nina Camiere Cabrera

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. I have been working in the BPO Industry specializing in Customer Service for Financial Accounts. I have worked as a Client Services Analyst wherein I was handling customer requests and complaints through phone calls and emails--requests such as generating reports, creating cover letters, amending documents and other administrative works. I have also worked as a Marketing Assistant wherein I have learned how to create email campaigns, creating flyers and brochures, arranging meetings and conferences, making travel arrangements, booking flights and hotel accommodations, managing events and tradeshow, setting up webinars and creating presentations. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications such Word, Excel and PowerPoint, also knows how to use Adobe Photoshop and Premier as well as MailChimp, CRM Management, Zoom and Dropbox. I am a fast learner and hard working person. I can work with minimal to zero supervision and detail-oriented.
