Nimisha Bhardwaj

Having worked across industries ranging from the automotive sector to the FMCG and from the IT sector to the agricultural sector; I bring with me a rich experience and knowledge that has been garnered by working across different geographies and in different disciplines of the industry. I use the wide spectrum of my experience to help me formulate industry specific marketing strategies along with understanding the pulse and voice of every individual customer. I am also adept at a gamut of marketing activities like creating innovative marketing campaigns, market research, product launches, product promotions, copy editing, strategic branding initiatives and social media content strategies. A keen observer of human behaviour, I try and incorporate my observations into my work, team communications and very often to come up with possible solutions to complex problems.

I also believe in taking the time to do something right the first time. As it’s important for those who make content, products and services to be aware of the power they have. Issues of access, privacy, control and ownership are ethical questions and they need to be dealt with in the right way. At the same time I also understand the imperativeness of creating content for a specific audience so it can be read, understood and that it helps solve some of their daily issues.

Being an English teacher’s daughter, I have a keen eye for detail and an excellent command over my syntax and grammar. I have proved my worth in the past by designing, creating and publishing the monthly newsletters for my previous companies. Having a flare for words I was also invited to be a part of the product launch communications team while working for an FMCG giant.

Professionally speaking, I have an MBA in Marketing with over 9 years of experience in marketing and operations. Being passionate about spreading awareness and knowledge I have also dabbled with teaching Forensic Science to university undergrads for 2 yrs as the subject was in its nascent stage in India back in 2004. During my free time, I seek solace in gardening, reading, sipping different types of tea and trying different dance forms.
