My name is Nikola and I have over 5 year-long experience in Customer Service, mostly within the Airline. I speak three different languages English, French, and Serbian (mother tongue). First I started to build my career in this area within Etihad Regional, as an agent in charge of the French-speaking market, in French and supporting other markets in English. Some of my responsibilities, while I was at this position were the following:

  • Processing customer's reservations in Sabre and Amadeus(Global Distribution System)
  • Handling with all passengers' calls for booking reservations
  • Answering questions regarding schedules and fares
  • Running reports in case of flight irregularities (delay/cancellations) and re-protecting Misco passengers - Coordination with airports involved during flight irregularities

Later on, as I made progress and gained experience I was offered to move within the Etihad Airways (National Airline of the UAE ) and Air Serbia (National Airline of Serbia), with the new role as a Help Desk Agent new responsibilities, came along such as:

  • Assisting Sale Agents with different queries regarding system and Airline procedures, leading group of around 30 people
  • Communication with Guests in case of escalated calls
  • Written communication with different offices in Abu Dhabi due to Guests queries
  • Helping with the translation of the official website of AirSerbia into English and Etihad Airways website into French

Other Relevant Certificates that I have related to the mentioned above are:

  • Sabre Reservation System Certificate - Issued by Etihad Airways Training Department
  • Amadeus Reservation System Certificate - Issued by Amadeus Training Department in Serbia
