As a manager on general, multitasking and solving problems at hand is one of my forte. The position comes with many roles such as people management, inventory, scheduling, admin task and leading. My positive attitude towards settling matters at hand has allowed the success of the operation thus enabling the success of the day. I am highly trainable and able to adapt to environment. My ability to allocate task is one of my best attributes that has allowed me to allocate resources in order to accomplish the task for the day. It is not only with task but with people as well as a project manager allocating people and ensuring that they are fit to do the task requirement.

I bring skills that are valuable specially in hospitality. It is in my nature to be empathetic and soft spoken adding patience towards conversation in order to resolve the matter at hand. I have gained a lot of perspective specially in the line of leadership work, being able to boost my subordinates morale to perform better and produce sales. I am also a team player able to work with diverse people from society in order to achieve the goal.
