Nikki Mervis

My experiences run the gamut in the Operations realm. I've had several years experience at advertising agencies and brands in both New York and San Francisco ranging from CPG, Healthcare, gaming and finance. I was the account lead where I developed and executed marketing strategies across various clients at once. I simultaneously, wore the hat of Project Manager to ensure all teams involved in the campaigns knew specific timelines, milestones and scope for a smooth campaign or product launch.

Later in my career, I decided to hone in on the operations side of the business and work more behind the scenes to help design, product, growth marketing, engineering and legal teams plan and execute product launches within a timely and efficient fashion. I enjoy leading by service for my cross channel / business partners, and where I see an opportunity for a process update or room for efficiency, I take it!
