I started my career as a Technical Support Engineer with Allied Digital and Syntel LTD. Working under the direction of senior members, I monitored the overall Desktop and Server Environment and investigated likely loopholes. Utilizing my academic and professional knowledge, I dedicated two years with Continuum Managed Solutions. Here I gained an opportunity to work in a Datacenter environment, improve existing documentation systems and implement stringent measures to improve the overall Vulnerabilities, Windows Patch Management and full Security Support. I have hands on experience with Installation and Configuration of Operating Systems. (Except Linux) also Installation and Configuration of DC, AD, DNS, DHCP, Windows, file Servers. Research & Testing of Windows/Office updates on internet test labs & with the help of popular news group, Forums. Handling Full Patch Management Life Cycle right from Patch release, testing, assessment and deployment and reboot requirements.
I currently work as a Research Associate Server Engineer with Continuum Managed Solution LTD., where I have been able to further strengthen my technical acumen.
