Nik Hajaratul Salwa

I'm Nik and currently working remotely for BookYogaRetreats,com as an Account Manager. I have more than 10 years experienced in customer service field and managing client expectations. 

Experience has taught me how to build my strong relationships with people and finding solutions to meet their needs. I am also able to remain calm and positive but firm when needed. I work well independently and require little supervision to successfully complete my job. Moreover, I am an energetic worker and I am able to give as much effort and dedication until my last call of the day.
