I am a former Team Leader from Teletech Robinson's Place Novaliches. My role as a Team Lead is to ensure that the company's standards from product knowledge, Quality and Sales are always meet by providing my Team a continued Coaching, Evaluation and Huddles that could tackle their areas of improvements and if they have done a consistency with the said standards I provide them a Token so they will be more motivated to be consistent with their performance. With these I ensure that money is just a second option cause i want them to strive and keep their goal set and to look after a promotion too. I Always ensure that I myself is a good example of the said standards.
