I worked as a call center agent for over 9 years and handled technical, billing and sales. And during this period, I have developed a lot of skills like strong attention to details, excellent communication/writing skills, typing skill (with an average of 50wpm) and became an expert in handling customer inquiries or complaints/providing appropriate solutions within the set time limits. I am adept at a managing day to day work flow activities to serve as a point person and the voice of the company.
