I have been with BPO for 5yrs 3 yrs in Telco and currently under United Heath Group. I am responsible for interviewing patients, identifying care problems, making referrals to appropriate healthcare services, directing patient inquiries or complaints, facilitating satisfactory resolutions, explaining policies to patients, assisting patients with choosing doctors and help them set up appointment.
We document customer reason for call and resolution provided. We also send emails and other materials as per customer request
