Hello there! I wanted to share my previous work experiences. I started of as a Technical Support Representative and unfortunately, our LOB got dissolved and so, I was transitioned into being a Customer Service representative on my first BPO Company here in the Philippines. Then Pandemic came.. 

I realized that I needed to focus on my health during that time as well as focus on my firstborn so I decided to be a full time mom until 2022. 

I re applied to another BPO company here in the Philippines thay handles International Telco Account based in US and assist customers with Account management, Troubleshooting, Retention and Sales through Chat and Email Support for 2 years and 1 month. 

After I gave birth to my second child, I tried to apply as a Virtual Assistant to direct clients and fortunately, I was given a chance but only for a month to a company based in Kuala Lumpur. 

I also worked as a part-time General Virtual Assistant to a direct client as well that is based in Singapore. I just checked their calendars and reach out to businesses since they are so busy managing their own business. 

Since my clients were inactive I really need to find a job that can make our ends meet as a family, I applied as a Customer Service representative to a BPO Company here in the Philippines however, this is only for a project based position. 

When my contract is over, I tried to apply as a Virtual Assistant again and this time, I was hired by a direct company based in Los Angeles California that asks prequalifying questions to our leads about the benefits they can get from us as well as I was also hired as a part-time customer service for a direct client that is based in Canada.
