About

I’ve spent the past few years building my career as an Administrative and Executive Assistant, and what I’ve learned is that I really enjoy helping businesses run smoothly behind the scenes. My background is in Financial Management and Business Administration, so organization, planning, and keeping track of details have always come naturally to me. Over the last three years, I’ve had the chance to work with different industries—from hospitality and eCommerce to podcasts and creative services—and each experience has helped me grow new skills and adapt quickly to different needs.

I started out in the hotel and restaurant industry, where I learned how important it is to stay professional, organized, and calm under pressure. Later on, I moved into remote work, supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses with their day-to-day operations. I’ve handled tasks like managing emails and schedules, coordinating projects, creating systems for better workflow, and taking care of invoicing and financial records using tools like QuickBooks and Zoho CRM. I’ve also had the opportunity to work on sponsorship outreach, event coordination, and even podcast production, which gave me a good mix of both creative and administrative responsibilities.

One thing that really shaped me was running my own small online clothing business. It taught me a lot about customer service, managing sales and inventory, and balancing multiple tasks at once. That experience gave me the perspective of being on both sides—supporting others in their businesses while also knowing what it feels like to run one myself.

I would describe myself as detail-oriented and reliable, but also flexible enough to adjust when priorities shift. I like creating order out of chaos, whether that’s organizing someone’s inbox, streamlining a process, or making sure deadlines are met. More than that, I value good communication and being someone that others can count on.

Working with a Hawaii-based client has also been meaningful to me, because I’ve developed a strong appreciation for Hawaii’s people and culture. It’s rewarding to support projects that not only focus on business but also on storytelling and community.

At the end of the day, I see my role as more than just handling tasks—I want to be a partner that makes things easier, so the people I support can focus on what they do best.
