I am Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist. I know how to navigate and love to surf on the net. I have been working in a BPO company for a 1 year and 5 months, currently working on the same company as a Tier 2 Chat Support agent which I usually handle five chat/s at the maximum everyday. I also worked as a Technical Support for 3 years in BPO company supporting customers with issues like internet service, cable service and phone service. Currently, I am a Customer Service Specialist Expert for 2 years and upskilled as a Live Chat Support experience representative for home stays.
I took up Liberal in Arts and Commerce which has two majors that is Marketing and Mass Communication. I will make sure to give quality and on time of service to the customers not just to the company I am working with. I think outside the box and take pride in everything I do.
