Nicolas Buchhalter

Hi! My name is Nicolas, I'm a 26 years old Software Engineer from Argentina who has just arrived to Europe looking to establish here.

I have more than 5 years of Ruby on Rails development, 3 of them where inside a software consultancy company where, working with great teammates, I learnt a lot of things about this technology. After that, I've been working as a freelance with Rails.

Also, I worked for the last year with Node.js and React in other company.

As a software developer, I am very careful, organized and dedicated. I like doing things the right way, and always in an agile environment where good and efficient communication is essential.

For 1 year I worked as a Team Manager, which gave me experience in a lot of different working environments, as I was always in charge of more than 5 working projects and their respective teams. I learnt the essence about helping people to make their work more effective and focused, I learnt how to measure effectively a team, how to plan long term based and prioritize tasks.

I think I went back to being a developer with a lot more clarity of mind on how to spend my time.

That's why I think I can be a very good remote worker.

I'm available to start working right now and also to relocate if necessary.
