I’m an experienced Operations Team Lead with over a decade in the BPO industry, known for driving team performance, improving processes, and developing people to reach their full potential. My journey began in Leyte, Philippines, where I learned the value of dedication and teamwork—qualities that continue to define my leadership style today. 

Since joining Virtual Staffing Solutions in 2021, I’ve progressed from an entry-level role to Team Leader in less than a year through consistent performance, commitment, and a genuine passion for growth. In my current role, I lead a dynamic team focused on delivering operational excellence, achieving client KPIs, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
