Nicholas Novoa

My name is Nicholas Novoa. I am a 23-year-old currently looking for work that involves communication with the customer. I enjoy using my skills to help people regardless of their language barrier as this is the most meaningful work that I feel that I can do. It means the world to me to connect with others and making sure they feel heard especially when they feel they don’t have a voice. I am relatively new to the field, but by no means am I inexperienced in helping others. As I am bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, and I am always ready to help nonnative speakers in any situation that comes my way. In addition, I lived in Japan to add a third language. This endeavor unfortunately was cut short by the pandemic. Still, I am always looking for a challenge to improve myself and acquire new skills. I pride myself for my ability to adapt to anything that comes my way and view things in a new light. I look forward to new experiences that will help me grow as a person and a professional.
