Based on our insights and opportunity, we start defining your purpose (and related vision, mission), promise, values, and personality (including archetype and brand voice).

With this it's clear why it acts, how it acts, what guides its actions, how it comes across, and what customers can expect of it.

☞ Brand positioning and messaging framework

Positioning defines the perception we want to create in your customers' minds and messaging is the set of ideas that need to come across to do that.

Messaging includes an essence or tagline, a value proposition, and messaging pillars.

☞ Brand Storytelling (Optional)

Outlines your core story and guides your other storytelling that's expressed in your social media, content, and other assets.
