My name is Nhorbert John Balcera. I have been in the BPO industry for 10 years and previously handled several voice and non voice tasks like inbound customer service calls, email management and e-commerce from different outsourcing Companies from the US, Canada and Australia.

Over the course of my career, I have developed my communication, logical, sales and problem solving skills which I hope to leverage into the position that I am applying.
