As a Customer Service/ Technical Support/Indoor Sales with over 7 years of experiment in the Industrial field and service. I'm strong skills: cold calling, telesales, problem-solving, and digital communication thought out work via phone & email. 

For the last 4 years, I working at LappKabel (one of the famous cable factories in Germany) as an Indoor Sales, location in VietNam. I helped the company to increase the sales figures, expand the customer base, and make a higher level of satisfaction for the customer.
