I bring more than six years of experience as a Virtual Systems Architect at Pro Sulum LLC, where I provided administrative, operational, and customer support to businesses in the healthy restaurant and job board industries. In this role, I handled high volumes of email inquiries, assisted subscribers with account issues, and resolved concerns while maintaining clear, professional communication and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

My work also involved a wide range of administrative responsibilities that supported daily operations. I created monthly sales reports using Google Sheets, processed bi-weekly payroll, onboarded new temporary staff by entering employee information into company systems, and helped ensure projects were completed on time by organizing tasks and coordinating deadlines. These responsibilities required strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
