I am professional electronics engineer and a part time college instructor. As part time I tend to work on projects related with research, data entry, data processing, copy typing, filling surveys and web research. Prior to working as an instructor, I worked with Globe Telecom (One of the Telecommunications company in the Philippines) as a Network Support Engineer supporting the operation of Globe Enterprise Network Services, handling and investigating of escalated incident and aging tickets to expedite restoration. I also worked in a BPO company as a Customer and Technical Service Representative, offering alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business.

I'm quite new to this platform so I hope you'll give me the chance to showcase my expertise. I recognize that working hard makes the difference and effort to make sure that I do the job better. And lastly, my commitment to excellent work standards will add value to the company.
