Hi, my name is Nept, and I’m currently residing in the beautiful town of Silang, Cavite, Philippines
I started my career back in 2009 in the BPO industry. For over 10 years, I worked in different roles, mostly in customer service, technical support, website hosting, and doing end to end sales. I enjoyed helping people, solving their issues, and making sure they had a good experience.
When the pandemic came, like many others, I also had to shift gears. That’s when I started working from home as a virtual assistant. One of my main jobs was with Blue Chip Maintenance, a company based in Tampa, Florida. I worked as a logistics manager. I handled scheduling appointments and made sure everything was clear between the tenants and our team of technicians. Good communication was really important in that role, and I made sure nothing fell through the cracks.
Later on, I also helped their finance team as a bookkeeper, keeping track of expenses and helping manage financial records. It was a big learning experience for me, and I’m proud of how I was able to step up and support in multiple ways.
After that, I worked as a sales representative for Excellent Auto Glass. This role was very hands-on and involved doing full-cycle or end-to-end sales. I started by cold calling potential customers, introducing our services, and finding out what they needed. I also handled insurance calls—working directly with providers to confirm coverage and process claims.
