I have vast experience in the BPO industry. Started my journey in this industry in 2010 as a customer service agent. I worked my way up to a supervising position in all jobs that I've been at by over-delivering. I consider myself to be a fast learner. I am committed to exceed expectations. I have managed customer services, sales and retention teams. If given the opportunity and the proper training, I have no doubt I will be able to meet and exceed the goals. I have built teams from the ground up and continued to provide support to all team members. Being a retention manager requires that I too be on the phones, which is great because I can lead the team by example and show them the goals are reachable.
I am a father of 2 beautiful kids and my goal is to give them the best life I can. Therefore, I am committed to work as hard as possible to take them as far as I possibly can by taking full advantage of the opportunities given to me.
