I worked for a Customer Service Service for 3 years, in my job I was tasked to handle complaints, explain the bills, suggest an upgrade to suit the customers' needs and process an order. We are also doing some adjustments in the accounts and at the same time provide resolution to the complaint before the customer file any necessary lawsuit against the company. World-class customer service was our motto: we lived it up from start till the end! Everytime I wear my headset and entertain a call, I always see to it that I'll be able to exert my efforts to be of assistance to them. Think out of the box and explore all the possible solutions to the problem. Empathy and rapport building are my main tools in handling irate customers. I am also proud of my proficiency in Microsoft Office. I've been using this set of software for few years now, especially when I worked as a Software Quality Assurance Tester while testing the formulas used in an application, not to mention that I also have to use it making reports. I can also edit pictures using Adobe Photoshop. I have a basic knowledge on how to manipulate a picture. Of course, my English skill is above average. I've been using my skills in this language as an English tutor to Japanese students through an online ESL platform. As a worker, I'm very keen to details. I also make sure that I'll be able to fulfill my tasks for the day, making my superiors happy and satisfied with the job I'm doing.
