Mainly I specialize in typing as I have a typing speed of 100+ words per minute, I started off as a regular agent at a start-up company where they outsourced to multiple companies but they took their best. I have 3 years of experience mainly in typing a description of a picture. I was then promoted to being a team leader handling multiple representatives to keep standards and attendance to what our clients needed. then as the company expanded got promoted to a manager position managing Team leaders and got on the shortlist being an assistant Operations manager where I would be the number 2 for the whole data center making sure everything is working fine and everyone is happy at work.

Then got offered a position as a Customer Service Team Leader for one of the leading party favor ecommerce company in the united states. here I started off as a customer service representative and then later transitioned when I learned all the basics of handling orders on shopify, order processing and making sure customer is always satisfied on their orders.
