I am a customer service professional with over 2 years of remote work experience spanning customer support and sales development. I have worked with companies across the insurtech, e-commerce, and health supplement industries, delivering consistent, high-quality service across chat, email, and phone channels.

From April 2024 to September 2025, I worked as a Customer Support Hero at One Pilot, a remote role based in London, where I managed support for three concurrent brand accounts. For an insurtech company, I assisted customers via Intercom with purchasing and renewing insurance policies, upgrading or cancelling cover levels, and troubleshooting app issues, including login failures and payment errors. For an online drinks retail brand, I handled order placements, delivery tracking, courier issue resolution, and product-related queries through Gorgias. For a health supplement company, I also processed orders, updated shipping information, managed refunds, and resolved subscription-related concerns.
