My name is Nayeem Mohammad Bhat, and I am a dedicated and results-driven IT professional with over two years of hands-on experience in IT support, primarily at Wipro, one of the leading global technology service providers. Throughout my time in this role, I have built a strong foundation in technical troubleshooting, incident management, and client support, which has allowed me to contribute effectively to high-pressure environments.

One of the most significant accomplishments in my career so far has been managing multiple Sev1 (Severity 1) incidents within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). These high-priority issues demanded quick thinking, efficient collaboration, and thorough documentation — all areas in which I have consistently demonstrated strength. This experience taught me the importance of staying calm under pressure, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and maintaining a client-first mindset at all times.

My day-to-day responsibilities at Wipro also included organizing and leading daily meetings, where I facilitated updates across teams and departments to ensure alignment on ongoing issues and tasks. I also prepared detailed Excel reports and dashboards for higher management, summarizing trends, incident outcomes, and performance metrics. My proficiency in Excel, combined with a keen eye for detail, allowed me to present data in a clear and actionable way.

Outside of my core IT responsibilities, I have a growing interest in the world of cryptocurrency trading. I have spent time learning about blockchain technology, market trends, and digital asset management. While I consider myself a beginner, I am enthusiastic about the future potential of decentralized technologies and am eager to continue learning more in this space.
