Pakistan Society for Training & Development (PSTD) and Ascend Development as an HR & OD subject matter
Expert & Consultant. Earlier, she has the lead the HR team serving as the HR Manager for The Citizens Foundation
(TCF), a not for profit organization managing a schools network for the less privileged and National Data Consultants
(NDC), an IT Consulting firm.
She has worked with both Private and Public sector clients from the Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, Financial,
Telecom and FMCG industries on a variety of assignments related to Organization Development, Compensation and
Benefits Management, Talent Acquisition, Organization Culture& Change Management, Talent Management,
