Naveen Moeed

Naveen is a Talent and OD Professional offering fifteen years’ diverse experience in Human Resources both as an HR Lead Practitioner and a Consultant. Her vision is to showcase HR as one of the key pillars of organizational success and sustainability.  

She holds an MBA degree in HR and is a Computer Science graduate from SZABIST, Pakistan. She is a certified Compensation & Rewards Management professional from the George Washington University and a certified Trainer from the School of Leadership.   

As an independent HR Consultant, she has the experience of working with both Private and Public sector clients from the Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, Financial, Telecom and FMCG industries. She has served as the Head of HR for Pakistan’s first alloy wheel manufacturer in Pakistan, Hi-Tech Alloy Wheels Ltd, established in 2017.

Previously, Naveen has been associated with leading Management Consulting firms including Grant Thornton Consulting, Pakistan Society for Training & Development (PSTD) and Ascend Development as an HR & OD subject matter Expert & Consultant. Earlier, she has the lead the HR team serving as the HR Manager for The Citizens Foundation (TCF), a not for profit organization managing a schools network for the less privileged and National Data Consultants (NDC), an IT Consulting firm.
