As a classically trained chef with a background in Nutrition Education, Health Promotion, and Nutrition Marketing, I have a unique perspective on the role that food plays in our lives. With over 18 years of experience in menu planning, therapeutic diets, and recipe development, as well as over 15 years as a licensed dietitian/nutritionist and educator, I have honed my skills in areas such as diabetes education, weight management, food allergies, gut health, community & geriatric nutrition, and nutrition marketing and promotion. My passion for food and practical nutrition drives me to find innovative ways to use these tools to positively impact lives, and I am committed to engaging with customers and fostering their development and success.
