In 2013, I graduated from The University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in Marketing and Information Systems.
From there I built up 5 years of working experience as an e-Customer Service Representative at ASB Bank, specialising in online and social media support. During my time, I learnt effective ways to communicate with customers through all online channels (email, live chat, social media, secure messaging systems) and over the phone, which developed high-level problem solving and interpersonal skills.
In December 2018, I launched an online store via Shopify that sells PC gaming peripherals (WASD Gold). This has forced me to use the skills I developed throughout University and ASB Bank, and out of necessity acquire additional skills such as HTML, CSS and using Adobe Photoshop.
