Natalia Cárdenas

My name is Natalia Cardenas, i'm from Bogota Colombia. I'm 28 years old and I'm a psychologist. I have been working with BPO´s for the last 3 years in which I achieved a lot of experience. I started working as an agent but I was promoted to a supervisor which was my role for the last 2 years approximately, so I have experience leading teams, measuring results and development actions plans for my team. Also, I have experience as a psychologist applying psychological tests and interviews to create profiles. I started my work life as an administrative assistant so I have basic skills on that topic.
