I am an experienced and results-driven HR professional with over 9 years of expertise in managing comprehensive human resource functions within a UK-based SAAS software house. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Soft Steer SMC Pvt Ltd, I specialize in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to drive performance, enhance employee experience, and build a high-performing workplace culture.

My core strengths include end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, policy development, and performance management. I have successfully led the full recruitment lifecycle, including technical role hiring, interview coordination, onboarding, and orientation.
