Naomi Cuevas

Hi! My name is Naomi Cuevas, and I’m an Industrial Engineering graduate from La Paz, Bolivia, with a strong passion for customer service, problem-solving, and continuous growth. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience working in various industries, including hospitality, retail, administration, and most recently, entrepreneurship as the owner of my own coffee shop.

Customer service has always been at the heart of everything I do. Whether it was assisting guests as a receptionist at a boutique hotel or supporting clients in a retail environment, I’ve learned the importance of listening, being empathetic, and going above and beyond to make people feel valued. My ability to build genuine connections with clients has helped me create positive experiences, resolve concerns effectively, and maintain long-term loyalty.

One of the things that sets me apart is how fast I learn and adapt. I thrive in dynamic environments and genuinely enjoy taking on new challenges. From managing hotel operations and drafting reports, to training new team members and organizing daily schedules, I’ve proven that I can handle multiple responsibilities while staying organized, positive, and solution-focused.

In 2024, I launched my own coffee shop—a project that pushed me to grow both personally and professionally. It gave me firsthand experience in running a business, leading a team, and managing everything from customer service to inventory and financials. It also deepened my love for creating warm, welcoming environments where people feel at home.

I’m also fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with additional knowledge in Excel, communication strategies, and team coordination. I bring high energy, responsibility, and a can-do attitude to every project I’m part of.

In every role I’ve had, my goal has been the same: to bring value, stay curious, and keep improving. I’m excited to continue growing, learning from others, and discovering where my skills can make a meaningful difference.
