I describe myself as a Customer Service Professional. My strong customer support experience together with my technical support skills will make me a very competitive candidate as an applicant. The key strengths that I possess for success includes:

For the past 8 years, I have been a customer service specialist. I have worked with different companies which I have been a front liner either direct or indirect. I honed both my customer service skills and technical support skills when I was with a Business Process Outsourcing company and a Shared Services company.

I recently worked in a shared services center wherein I was exposed to internal and external customer all over US. The significant learning that I took from that company is the importance of customer focus and boundarylessness as a core value that every employee should possess. I witness the positive impact of these values on the growth of the business. I believe that this is an asset that I could bring to help a company grow.
