Learnings:
1) Reminder emails help a lot, as shown by the revenue spikes on the day of or on the day after each email reminder was sent.
2) Be careful not to overdo reminders as people may also become tired of the same email after a while and can hurt your
response rate in the long term.
Learnings:
1) Having good pre-sell emails seem to help a lot. As the revenue spiked greatly on the first promo email on Dec 31 st. We can
test with doing a campaign without pre-sell and see the effect of orders and revenue.
2) Even after the promo ends, people still save email to buy later. This is shown the additional revenue generated after the
promo was sent on Jan 3rd.
