I have been working in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for almost 6 years as a customer service representative.
I have the ability to remain poised especially when handling difficult customer situation since I have been assigned to the escalation/retention department. I also have exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and has a long track record of increasing customer loyalty and retention by providing excellent customer service. I always keep customers updated on issues important to them and work hard to meet requests for information in a timely and efficient manner. I have experienced to do work in pressure and I know I can be an effective team player and I am able to work independently with little or no supervision.
