I'm an experienced Technical Support Representative with over 4 years of experience in the BPO industry. Aside from troubleshooting and any other technical related customer concerns, I am fully equipped with the knowledge and skills on how to handle customer concerns that would result to a 100% satisfactory rating.

I have worked in BPO industry for over 4 years and I am grateful for the said industry because it shaped me into who I am both as a person and as a worker today. I am a risk taker with a positive outlook, so I started my freelancing job this year because aside from gaining more experiences, I aim to have better opportunities even just at the comfort of my own home, and I'm loving it! So in order for me to gain more knowledge, acquire new skills and broaden my opportunities in life, I had undergone a Virtual Assistant training, then right after it I also enrolled to Advance Call Center Agent and English as a Second Language tutor training. I believe that learning and development is a continuous process and so I'm doing my best in everything I do to be successful.

My experiences in the BPO industry combined with the trainings I had undergone, have taught me a lot especially when it comes to handling different types of customers. I have become more patient, understanding/empathetic and eager to resolve any customer issues and leave a smile on my customer's face afterwards.

Aside from what I have mentioned above, I am tech savvy. I like to explore new software, apps and anything related to modern technologies. I can communicate fluently in English and at the same time, I am a passive listener. I am reliable and competent. I have a good rapport skills as well.
