I have been in sales industry since 2009. I started as an outbound telemarketer and continued as an inbound sales representative.
In 2012, I worked in a business to business campaign as an Account Manager and handles small to medium size business specializing in telecommunication services. I manage sales pipelines, leads and close opportunities with new and existing businesses using Salesforce integration. It's a mixture of upselling, cross selling and managing new acquisition accounts. Email marketing and technical knowledge and skills are also required and part of the responsibilities.
In 2014, I ventured back to BPO industry specializing in sales,billing and customer service. There, i became a sales trainer for U.S. TELCO account handling new acquisition classes, upskilling and/or uptraining sessions.
Recently, I have been working as part time appointment setter for a government e-commerce site where we call leads and follow up on agencies via call and the use of email marketing using web-based CRM. I also do my own initiative in researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources so I can get to the decision makers. Thus, I am creating and maintaining list/database of prospect clients.
