Hey, I'm Myla! The first thing you should know about me is that I graduated with an Associate in Computer Technology, leading to a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. While I don’t have a degree, I consider myself an expert in customer care and data entry.

In 2007, I worked as an Assistant Office Administrator at my school, where I organized student credentials and answered phone and student inquiries.

In 2011, I worked as a Data Encoder for a clothing brand. I reported daily, weekly, and monthly sales, encoded delivery receipts and invoices, and sent them to the Office Executive. I demonstrated fast, accurate typing skills with 60 WPM.

In 2014, I started my Sales Advisor career full-time in retail in Dubai. I worked in fashion kids' wear, shoes, and women's fashion. I delivered exceptional customer service, achieving a 90% mystery shopper score.

In 2020, I became a Customer Service Representative in a BPO, assisting BestBuy US clients. I handled high-volume inbound calls, answered product and policy questions, addressed complaints, processed refunds, and resolved technical issues for home theater systems and appliances. I was awarded as the Top Agent for excellent performance.

In 2023, I worked as a freelance Appointment Setter across real estate, mortgage, and Christmas light rental industries. I handled outbound and inbound calls, texts, and emails. I built rapport by listening actively and keeping conversations friendly. I asked qualifying questions to determine budget, timeline, and interest level, documented conversations for effective follow-ups, and scheduled appointments with the sales team, ensuring they had all necessary information.
